For Venues & Event Planners

Booking, made easy.

Here's everything a venue needs to know. What we bring, what we need from you, and why we're about the easiest band you'll ever have on your calendar. Takes two minutes to scroll.

01 Space

We don't need much, but we need a little.

A flat, stable 14′ × 8′, indoors or out. Bigger is better.

We've tucked into tiny corners and stretched across festival stages. The sweet spot is a flat, stable surface at least 14 feet wide by 8 feet deep. That's enough room for four guys and a tidy footprint of gear. Got more space? We'll happily use it.

02 Sound

All-electronic. Translation: we won't blow out your room.

A balanced, dinner-friendly volume you control, not a wall of amps.

Everything we play is electronic, drums included. No stacks of guitar amps fighting a live kit, which is the usual reason bands get too loud. We run an EV Evolve 50 column system, a low-profile speaker with a wide stereo spread (think Bose in your venue) that keeps the mix clean and the volume comfortable for a room full of people eating and drinking. We get complimented on it constantly. For bigger outdoor shows, we add speakers to fill the space without cranking.

03 Lights

We bring the show. You don't lift a finger.

Our own wireless lighting rig, no venue lighting required.

We carry a lightweight, fully wireless lighting system and set it up ourselves. No special fixtures, dimmers, or wiring on your end. If you can dim the area where we play, the effect really pops, but it's not necessary. It looks great either way.

04 Power

One outlet. That's the whole ask.

A single standard 120V outlet near the stage. Never tripped a breaker.

Because we're not hauling power-hungry amplifiers, the entire show runs off one standard 120V outlet, ideally near stage left or right. In years of shows, we've never had a power issue on normal venue power.

05 Load-in / out

In, set, and playing before you know it.

About 1 hr setup (1.5 ideal), 30 to 45 min teardown, 15-second soundcheck.

Setup runs about an hour, and 90 minutes is ideal if you can give it to us. Teardown is a quick 30 to 45 minutes. There's no 30-minute drum-banging soundcheck. Ours is a literal 15-second volume check. We can even play house music through our system during setup and teardown, so the room never goes quiet.

06 Outdoor & Weather

Sunshine, yes. Surprise thunderstorms, no.

Outdoors is great. We just need the gear covered and the ground level.

We love an outdoor show and bring extra speakers to fill the space. The one must-have is that our gear is all electronic, so it needs to stay out of direct rain and harsh sun. A tent, awning, or pavilion all work, and if there isn't one, let's talk through cover when you book. We'll also want the same flat, stable footing as any show. Sort out shade and a dry roof and we're golden in (almost) any forecast.

07 Setlist / Vibe

You set the vibe. We read the room.

2 to 3 hours of rock, country, pop and more, paced to your crowd.

A typical night is two to three hours. Two-hour shows usually run start to finish. For three-hour shows we'll sneak in one quick 10-minute breather to refuel. We pull from 150+ songs across five decades of rock, country, pop and more, and pace the set to the night, easygoing and dinner-friendly early, building to a packed dance floor late. Tell us the event, whether it's a brewery Saturday, a town festival, or a private party, and we'll tailor the songs and energy to match. Reasonable requests? Happy to oblige.

08 Announcements

Need a mic moment? We've got you.

Happy to handle shoutouts, like last call, specials, event plugs, or that birthday.

We're comfortable on the mic between songs. Want us to announce last call, plug a drink special, thank a sponsor, or wish someone a happy birthday? Let us know and we'll work it in naturally. (We promise to keep the dad jokes to a tasteful minimum. Mostly.)

09 Rider / Needs

We're low-maintenance (mostly).

A bar tab is appreciated. Fees set at booking. Cash or check via 1099.

No elaborate rider here. If you're a brewery, a small bar tab is always appreciated, since the boys do love a good beer. Performance fees are worked out when you book, and we're flexible on payment. Cash or check via 1099, your call.

While We're Here

Curious about TSL?

TSL, short for Take the Stage Live, is our live-band karaoke night. Your guests pick the song, grab the mic, and we're the band behind them. Right now we're running it exclusively at Dudleytown Brewing through the summer. Want to bring TSL to your venue down the road? Reach out directly, we'd love to talk.
